After some feedback on splash issues [which I thought were overflowing the tank] I was hoping it just worked. After all, this is just the main heating element and tube. And it worked great! A filling takes about 15 minutes. I carry a big cup of water with me for a big job. We have some problematic parasols over the patio doors, I can never get the folds to fall out. After a few minutes spent stroking them, and by the way about as long as it takes, they started to look beautiful again. ! A note for anyone concerned about "spitting". As long as the water is not poured past the "FILL TO" line, there will be NO spit problems.
