Review on Canon PowerShot camera SX230 HS by Micha Sawecki ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Practical product, nothing to complain about.

I fell in love with photography as a teen, started making real progress, and eventually made the meaningful step to something more advanced because of him (after the horrible A580) (first Canon sx60, then - SLR 60D). I wouldn't buy one now, although the gadget is still useful. Benefits include: Lightweight and compact (I merely kept it on my belt in a case, always at hand); good stabilization; long life on a single charge; tripod thread; timer; + Manual setup of basic parameters; + Convenient (28-400 focal length range); + Normal photo quality for a compact; + GPS navigation is included. Its drawbacks: - Adequately soapy - It produces a great deal of noise at ISO settings above 400 (i. E. indoors and cloudy weather, there will always be noise) Oh my god, that zoom is so cheesy! When you say "me-e-e-dle-e-e-ny," you draw out the letter "e" for at least five seconds. This can cause you to miss important moments at times. Very bright pop-up flash; inappropriate for indoors and dusk; wide-angle shots still lack detail. Rapidly releases heat when the temperature drops

Some pros: Easy to use camera. She chooses the shooting mode herself. Got cons: The flash is not conveniently located. often covered with a finger while you have to get used to it
