I like that you can see what your coworkers are doing in order of importance before yours so it helps me understand how my work fits into theirs when we get together at meetings or during lunch breaks etc.. sometimes there seems too many options but as long they're not overlapping its ok! Sometimes i have trouble figuring out which one should be done first because some seem similar (like door openings) others don't show up until later stages such as windows if thats something important enought omeone else who has started earlier than them will do then no problemo!! But overall this program works great especially since our job involves traveling between different sites frequently now days making communication difficult.
