I like that we can track all of our leads, regardless if they are inbound or out bound! The reporting is easy to use as well so it's not too overwhelming when you have multiple people using this tool (which makes sense since there isn't much room!).

It would be nice though with some more customization features such us custom fields added etc., but overall its been very helpful thus far!! We've gotten rid off many old systems which were causing confusion amongst my team members about who was working what project/what stage things where at within each account management system before now everything has just one place -Sales TING. !
