This is a beautiful product, beautiful light show, good sound quality. The worst part is that if you can't connect it to your WiFi, it's useless. I've been fighting with him for the past 2 hours and he just won't connect. I could not contact technical support. It's a design flaw that without Wi-Fi and an app, you can't even set the time or alarm. Good. I'll update my rating and increase the stars. I was finally able to connect it to our wifi later that day (I have no idea why it suddenly worked. I did absolutely nothing else). These are pretty cool watches. It's beautiful and works great as a night light. I don't really like alarm clocks. As far as I can tell, it's impossible to hear them without setting the alarm. I would like to try the sounds in the selection process. So far they could also be louder. The sounds I've tried so far aren't loud enough to wake a heavy sleeper. But overall I am satisfied with the product. It would just be nice to use it without WiFi
