The skirt was too small even when I ordered a big one. It would be too tight at the bottom and I can't wear skirts that tight to wear to work. It's cute style, nice material and thicker material. However, the reason I didn't give it 5 stars wasn't because it didn't fit (I could have just ordered XL and I'm sure it will fit) and why I can't get it in my next size up. It's because of the pleats in front, I've found that they need to be smoothed out or else the pleated part will stick out. And I just don't look! And it doesn't look good with the pleated part sticking out. If you caress it, then this is a cute skirt. If not, then I'm not sure if this is for you. For reference, I'm 5ft 7in, about 155lbs, and I wear a size 10, give or take.
