I liked that it showed me what areas were doing well in my department along with where there was room for improvement! It also allowed us as an entire team (from managers down) access so we could view each others' strengths/weaknesses compared to our peers throughout other departments within the same division or region. The biggest problem is how easy this tool can be used by anyone without any formal leadership role - which makes sense since its main purpose is creating transparency between employees but if you are not looking outwards into who needs help then there's nothing really gained here. If anything i think they should limit use only through designated leaders because otherwise anybody has free reign over their own area making accountability difficult (especially when everyone knows about everything).
