Terrible earbud headphones

These are the worst headphones I've ever bought. They spread, one of the speakers keeps buzzing, the volume control has never worked, they don't sit well in the ear, they keep dropping out. I am asking for a full refund as I replaced them after only 10 days of use. I cannot recommend these terrible headphones to anyone and live with me. Please give my money back. Many Thanks.
