These shirts are very comfortable. I chose them because they don't have a thick sole. Shoes with thicker soles make my foot move too much. There is no such problem in these shoes - my foot stays in place. The laces are easily adjustable and stay laced and knotted. I walk a lot, these are the most comfortable shoes I've had in a long time. You are tall. I ordered 8 and received 7.5. My foot stays in the shoe, doesn't slip. I can wiggle my toes too. 7.5 fits perfectly, leaving about 0.5 inch for comfort. I also have an intermittent problem with 2 toe numbness on my left foot - I can wear them all day and it does NOT happen. I gave my cousin a size 8 and she loves them for the same reasons I do, including toe numbness.
