It's great to cook and the food just slides off.

We do not use aluminum because of its harmful effects on health. Then I noticed that we still bake cookies and pizza in aluminum molds! I wondered if anyone had stainless steel in them and they did. Deal with Walmart, we traded with Revain. If you don't know anything about the health risks of aluminum, just google it. Brain tumors, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and more, as aluminum can cross the blood-brain barrier.
