I first bought a Simple.Lyfe silicone pot that didn't fit in my Instant Pot Duo Crisp fryer basket. I then bought this 8" Webake pot which fits my 8 quart pot perfectly. It's tougher than Simple.Lyfe and a good solid pot. so nothing touches or sticks to the fry basket which was my goal He made the most perfect bacon and breakfast sausage I've ever made!Took a few minutes longer to cook than my recipes recommended, about only a minute or two in the dishwasher, but I was happy with that one silicone, and it cleaned well.Parchment paper helps with "grid" cleaning, but it's not the "grid" that I'm having trouble with. The Instant Pot fry basket isn't actually non-stick, and this silicone basket actually works, minus the cooking time I made bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breasts stuffed with cheddar and fried bacon and they came out juicy and delicious.I cooked the bacon for the filling and then the broth te wrapped in raw bacon and cooked without peeling. Also soaked in BBQ sauce and they looked amazing like they were grilled. I am very satisfied with this silicone frying basket!
