I have used another brand of this product in the past and my drawing tablet it was connected to was off and static. I had to fiddle with my laptop's connection to get it into the "gold zone" to keep the screen from flickering. As a digital artist, this is very frustrating because I felt like I was spending more time fiddling with cables than actually producing the work. This problem actually stopped me from using my computer to draw. The GoFanco version of the adapter worked AMAZING once I plugged it in. It fitted very tightly into the port (unlike the previous adapter), I've had NO issues and bought it about 2 months ago. I feel less stressed and anxious knowing my computer screen isn't flickering or dimming. My only concern is that the port connection will wear out and I will have the same connection problems as before. But I will cross this bridge when I reach it. GREAT PRODUCT, worth the price!
