I ordered two sizes & found the smaller size will fit & the larger size will be too big for our Sept 19 event pumpkin themed baby shower which I will host and attend with my 18-month old granddaughter, BUT as I unpacked/checked out both items, I noticed the larger did not arrive with the head tie AND (especially) it had been worn by a child because it was dirty around the front neck area and the top portion of the left sleeve. Seems like someone may have purchased this, used it and then returned it. Lucky for me the smaller one will fit for our upcoming event and it arrived with the hair tie as well. Would like to return the used/incomplete one asap.
