Very happy with this product!
One morning I caused a whole backache just by coughing. I had plenty of ice packs and bandaged them with premium bandages, but my Ciro wanted me to switch to moist heat regularly and suggested this product. It works great and I love that I can buckle it on for some mobility as even walking or jerking the wrong way was painful and was much more bearable with ice or heat. My middle back hurts when I stand too long, so I bought a second one to layer one over the other. I saw reviews that said it wasn't hot enough, but I found it was hotter than I felt it in my hands when I put it on. The worst pain lasted for over a month so I benefited a lot from it.
