One morning I caused a whole backache just by coughing. I had plenty of ice packs and bandaged them with premium bandages, but my Ciro wanted me to switch to moist heat regularly and suggested this product. It works great and I love that I can buckle it on for some mobility as even walking or jerking the wrong way was painful and was much more bearable with ice or heat.
