My daughter LOVES THE LOOK, but the sound only comes from ONE ear. and my daughter is hard of hearing in one ear. unfortunately the only ear that works! So she hardly hears him. and I tried to get her to turn them down so the sound was in her good ear. but she's upset that the headlights aren't in the front, they're in the back. I don't know how to contact the seller. If both ears worked it would be a 5 star product. but since only one side works I am very disappointed. I'm afraid to order another pair if I have the same problem again. Would change my rating to 5 stars if they worked as advertised.
