The hat, scarf and mittens are cozy knitwear in a classic winter color and the extra large size means your little one has plenty of room to grow. Despite the promising features, I can only give this set three stars. main problem? The gloves don't stay. As every parent knows, winter gear is a deal breaker. The elastic cuffs just aren't strong enough to hold the mittens in place, meaning you'll be constantly stopping to search the snow for dropped gloves. On the other hand, the hat and scarf are adorable and functional, and I love the fact that this set is suitable for both boys and girls. But until mittens get a major update, I would suggest looking elsewhere for winter accessories for your kid.
