The product that I received is a one-way stretcher - only width and not length. It does not have the block for the heel. I don't have the time to send it back, so I have decided to keep the one they incorrectly sent. I'm giving the one they sent a try currently. The product is widening a shoe now and I am putting a lot of pressure on it and expanding the stretch day-by-day. It is holding up to the pressure just fine. I hope this works for me and that this pair of shoes will fit with just widening, but I doubt it. If it doesn't work, I'll try to buy the correct product from the company that makes it.
