I love that it is not only possible to get more insights about our processes, but also how we can improve them! The tool helps us with the daily work in my organization - by automating some of our manual tasks, this saves time. We are able to focus our attention on other things instead. It has been great so far. I have no complaints at all. However, sometimes the system freezes or becomes unresponsive.
