Great tool for managing and tracking communications

I love how simple it makes my life easier by taking away all that stress from me! It's so helpful because sometimes you have too many things going at once or your phone doesn't work well enough when trying to get through customer service lines with customers waiting behind who are not happy about their experience either (or both). The software helps keep track of everything very efficiently as there isn’t much room left over after adding each new task/customer into our system - we can easily see what needs attention first if needed before having another conversation / call back session later down the road. Customer support has been great overall but they could definitely improve some areas such as making sure someone gets notified within 24 hours even though this may be delayed depending upon availability; however no harm done since most issues were resolved quickly anyway. We're able solve problems faster than ever now thanks to HATEWAIT!! Our team.

  • Great organization tool for tracking tasks, tickets etc.
  • Easy access between departments which allows us an efficient way in getting information passed along effectively without creating extra hoops just due time constraints being overlooked
