The service was very good! They were able to help us understand our data in ways we never thought possible before working with them!! Very professional team who know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this consulting group for any business that needs analytics or wants more insight into their own customers/data. ! Nothing at all really negative about my experience here but if you need someone knowledgeable please contact these people right away. !! We used beacon consultants goup as an external consultant so it's not like i can speak from personal knowledge of how well things went overall (since there wasn't much interaction between me personally). Instead just go through some reviews online since everyone seems happy when using services by BCG :).
