Having used this platform for nearly 10 years, I can honestly say that it is excellent in every sense of the word.

The ease at which you can search through thousands of applicants has never been easier - and with live video calls available too! It's great to have my own dedicated recruiter who knows exactly what I need from them when we speak on the phone or video chat each week/month. If there was anything lacking, perhaps more flexibility around the dates of interview sessions so that candidates don't always get conflicting appointments? Sometimes it would be helpful if we could choose our preferred times but not necessarily force those we'd prefer out of their way.
