We travel constantly in a 32ft RV, so we have to negotiate rough roads with potholes, turns and sometimes emergency maneuvers to avoid other road users. All of these activities require that all drawers, closets and anything loose in the gear be secured before embarking on the journey. Although the closed and latched fridge door (assuming we remember to lock the door, we speak from experience!) keeps the contents in the "fridge" inside, opening the door spills the "disturbed" contents onto the floor - Again, we speak from experience.
