Review on 🧹 Prolux TerraVac Deluxe Series - 5-Speed Canister Vacuum Cleaner with HEPA Filtration and Electric Powerhead for Optimal Performance by Amanda Dolan

When I first received this little vacuum cleaner I was very pleased. Unfortunately, there is a fatal error. Hoses are not clamped! The nozzles will not detach from the hose handle and the powerhead will not detach from the end of the hose. As soon as you put a long tube on the hose handle, it's done. Once you put the powerhead on the end of the tube, that's it. They never come off. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare, even if the vacuum is still under warranty. To make matters worse, they *know* that the vacuum cleaner is broken, but still sell it here. I only started seeing reviews mentioning this after my return period had passed. I tried to contact the manufacturer/seller but no answer - it seems the vacuum cleaner still has one year of warranty. I just checked with my credit card company and they said I have one year from the date of purchase to return the faulty item and get my money back. I will send the seller another message and then file a claim with my CC. The basic functions of a vacuum are great, but the vacuum is pretty much useless if you can't switch between a carpeted head and flat floors and small attachments. Too bad.
