The customer service was great! They are very responsive to questions, they helped me with my order even though I had made some changes at that time (which is rare).

And when it came in from China - no issues there either!! Great experience so far. So happy we found them for our research needs/requests as well as printing products of all sizes including small items like buttons & pins which can be difficult if not impossible elsewhere or more expensive than you'd expect otherwise. We've been able solve most any issue regarding product sourcing / manufacturing through their team's expertise-and fast too :).
