I like how easy it is to use, you can customize everything as needed which makes your process more efficient than other companies out there! It's not very user friendly for someone who isn't familiar with computers or software in general so we had some issues but they were resolved quickly once i contacted them through their support team.- The pricing system was confusing at first until after contacting customer service- Sometimes when using certain features (such as copy/paste) sometimes images won’t transfer properly over email making things difficult especially if our emails gets filtered by spam filters - We used this product during an investigation into potential fraud of business practices among clients where documents such as contracts would be sent back forth between people involved within each client organization.
