I'm a self-proclaimed wallet snob (in other words, very picky) and I love this HESHE handbag. It's the perfect black, made of soft leather, perfect for the things I need to carry, sits well on my shoulder (without using a long strap which I'd rather not wear), has the perfect number of compartments inside (including one large compartment). zipped and a smaller zipped one, also the perfect place for my phone) and has a handy zipped pocket on the outside - all at a great price! I am very happy with my new handbag and will definitely buy any future bags from HESHE. My daughter, who describes herself as a handbag snob, also likes this bag and we will buy it for her in the near future. Leather outside, next to the zip compartment. Returning it was very easy though and the replacement wallet I received about a week later was perfect!)
