Review on Banneton Bread Proofing Basket Set by Amanda Quinn

The proofing basket was missing when I received this set. When the seller found out, he got it right and did it fast! Great communication on her behalf. Proofing baskets are ideal for baking small loaves of bread. They appear to be well made and of good quality. The whisk works well for softer doughs such as sourdough and Danish pastry. I don't think I'll be using it for heavier bread. The scrapers are of good quality and do their job perfectly. Other than that, this is a quality set. I would have preferred large proofing baskets, but they work very well.
