This is a great concept - better than any other beer can chicken roaster I've tried on the grill. The tray is deep and the glass holder on the grate makes it easy to remove the chicken without snagging or spilling the contents. Vegetarian attachments are a nice touch. The price is good for what you get. However, I hope that the manufacturer will continue to improve the materials. Here's my criticism: The pan immediately deforms from the heat of the grill, like a cheap baking sheet deforms from the heat in the oven. While it's true that you can put it in the dishwasher, even the best dishwasher doesn't clean it very well. You'll still have to spend 15 minutes giving the pan and grates a good clean if you don't want burnt residue and grease at your next meal (due to the corners of the pot and the narrow wire mesh and utensils). The cleaning issue is likely to be an issue with any broiler, along with some color change on heating. I don't expect this to last more than a dozen uses - it's not very durable and the connection points look pretty fragile. However, I will buy it again because it makes great chicken!
