I bought this to use for my husband after a long day at work. He's always on his feet, almost non-stop, and since I've pinched nerves in my wrists, it's been almost impossible to massage him in any way. But not anymore! The heads come in a smaller carrying case that fits in the larger bag and the battery life is insanely long! For us it was a way of life. I even use it on my boxer as he has lower back arthritis. When he hears the suitcase open, he'll look at me expectantly, and after I'm done he'll keep patting my hand, which lies there like a tender chicken. It's wonderful to be able to give him that kind of relief. The only complaint I can think of is the weight. When your arms hurt they get tired pretty quickly if they aren't supported, but that doesn't bother me. The positives definitely outweigh the one negative per million miles. We are all very happy!
