Review on 🍔 High-powered 1000W Sharp Commercial Microwave - R 21LCF by Kevin Henry

This is one of the best microwave ovens I have ever used: simple dial, no turntable and overall great workmanship. However, he died after about 2.5 years - first he stopped working, then the dial illumination died too. So I contacted Sharp After Sales/Support through their website. This review is more about the terrible support than the product itself. But since the product is not just a physical artifact, it's an artifact and service/support, I give it 3 stars. Sharp Support confirmed my message within a day and asked for a picture of the serial number. Did. The next day they inform me that the case has been submitted for review. Nothing for a few days after that, so I start checking the status daily. A week later I am told that the oven is out of warranty and to contact my local repair shop to see if there is anything that can be done. So, after all that singing and dancing, I was told what I always knew - and that's why I opened the case in the first place - to understand my repair capabilities and local repair centers! Sharp USA - You need to improve your support/service or your business will perish. :-/
