I ordered one of these cables to replace my Bose Soundtrue headphones (and as an add-on to my NC700) but the 2.5mm Jack is actually wide too to fit in the notch of the Soundtrue. I only had the Soundtrue 1 version, but judging by the pictures of the Soundtrue 2, it has the same notch, so it's likely you'll run into the same problem with them. some plastic around the 2.5mm end of the cable, but if you're looking for a solid cable replacement I'd suggest looking elsewhere. If you use QC or NC they should work just fine.
