One size up in first walker/toddler sizes.
I like these shoes because they "stink", so often they don't smell bad or sweaty after a while. They are also easy to put on and the velcro closure is long lasting. They are really small for these smaller sizes. I ordered 6 which my daughter, 1.5, was just starting to wear and she had to come back for a larger size. My older girls usually wear malls in them.
