Poor packaging of coolers

I have been satisfied with previous Mishimoto coolers. Especially the way the radiators are packed for shipping. This cooler was expensive and not packaged as well as previous purchases. The radiator was damaged and had to be fitted before our next trailer ride with no time to re-order. The attached photos show damage.
