I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as all of their features are great! The only thing this has in common with other providers is if you need more than one phone number for your business line, they will charge an additional amount each time (which can be quite expensive). Make sure you know what you're getting into before signing anything or paying any fees - there's no way around having multiple numbers when using them but some people don't realize until after they've signed something. We use Conferencenetwork exclusively now because we have been able to get so many different types of businesses on our platform without needing to change over from another system. They also offer free setup which makes switching very simple since most companies want to keep things running smoothly once everyone gets used to working together. It's not always 100% reliable though.
