Received them today and installed two of them in about 30 minutes. Simply unscrew the old cover, remove the putty with a spatula, remove the old cover, and then install the new cover. Comes with plumbing putty that you apply to the base of the unit, screw the unit onto the roof, and then coat it with sealant. I gave it 4 stars because it comes with slotted head screws and not Phillips or square head. Who uses more slotted screws. Hopefully it will hold up over time as the two I took off were extremely fragile and shattered when I looked at them.
