Review on 🧳 Eagle Creek Pack Compression Set of 3: Premium Travel Accessories by Andy Mitts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for the busy traveler.

This includes photos from my old set which is about two years old. It's way better than other things I've tried like Ziploc. Technically they haven't got used to it very much in the last year due to Covid. But considering how they've been used a year in a row, I'm very impressed. I'm a pilot with an airline, so they open, close and compress at least 15 times a month, every day I work. Smashed in my pocket and out and about everywhere they do their job well. They don't save as much space as a vacuum bag, but that's not the point. They're great for organizing and at least slightly compressing stuff. I have one that fills up with dirty stuff most of the time when I leave. They not only compress your clothes, but also protect them from odors and splashes. how long they last; very well if you are kind to them. This may seem rude, but I use some saliva at the beginning of the zippers when I zip them up. It really helps to protect the material from repeated sliding of the closer. Be careful with the slide closure, though. If you end up hammering it into the seam multiple times, it will eventually tear and then begin to fall off. My blue has been like this for a while but it still holds the pressure well enough. I wouldn't bother with them for long term storage with infrequent openings. To do this, take a vacuum. But they are good for traveling.
