A few weeks ago I replaced my computer and my desktop speakers quickly stopped working. So I went to Revain and bought a set of USB powered OROROW 2.1 desktop speakers. A few days later they arrived, but one of the speakers - the woofer - didn't work. It probably didn't survive delivery. I have emailed the manufacturer OR OR explained my problem. The company's contact contacted me immediately and asked me to have the device exchanged. They did and the new speakers arrived about a week later. Please note one speaker was broken but the whole set was replaced! I put in a spare speaker and now the sound is very good! When I buy a product, I understand that delivery can sometimes be difficult. So for me, customer service is just as important as the product I buy. The customer service here was excellent! Not only is the sound produced by these speakers very good - I use them for classical music and for voice quality when communicating with colleagues - but the service provided when I had an issue with the product was all I could ask for could expect. . I highly recommend Or Orow speakers and customer service.
