Easy to assemble. We rent our pool through Swimply so we keep it off as some parties want it and some don't. When they arrive I ask if they would like to set it up and if so it takes about 60 seconds and you're done. Move the post, secure the net, done. I don't even have to go into the pool to set it up. It is rock solid when in use and will tip over if someone slams the net shut. I didn't use balls, they are white. I bought bright neon green balloons as royal blue and neon green are our brand colors.
