Hmm. still trying to figure out what to make of this bra. I typically wear a 38-40C (depending on the brand) so I went with an XL (which is my usual size in stretchy sports bras). I then bought it in a size L because after wearing the XL, it seemed like maybe it was too big; however, the L seems a bit snug around and still has the same issues as the XL. It is definitely, DEFINITELY not intended for high impact anything, and I'd say that using it for anything much more than walking won't offer any support. The fit is strange (at least to me). Both sizes fit around, though the XL is more comfortable, but they both have issues with my breasts popping up/out of the top of the bra. I tried removing the cup inserts, which helps, but then I have no nipple coverage. Speaking of the cup inserts, they move around - a lot. It's super irritating as I think they are very fiddly and I don't want to have to mess around with my bra constantly. In this regard, wearing without the inserts is much better. I do really like the straps/back, and even as someone who is broader across the back, I think it's flattering. The color options are also a nice feature. I always appreciate being able to find something other than white, black or gray. Overall, casually I think it's an "okay" bra, but I will not use it for any sort of working out purpose.
