Frustrated with scanners and accessories
While this scans documents very efficiently, I can't get it to copy both sides at once. No instructions were provided and customer service is unavailable I believe. I wouldn't buy it again. I generously gave it 3 stars because it really scans and can hold large documents. However, it doesn't simply copy the front and back at the same time, as I had imagined.
