Decent little tree. Lots of full, strong branches to hold heavier ornaments. good color Cons: The stand was missing and getting the stand from the manufacturer was frustrating and time consuming. Two weeks later the stand is still not there UPDATE bought on 10/13/20 I am changing my rating to one ☆. As a result, the stand arrived. Too small, falls out of slots. Black expected but white which looks silly attached to a black plastic cap at the base of the tree. An item arrived broken. The tree leans to one side and sways. Attempts to attach the part with glue and staples were unsuccessful. UPDATE #2 11/27/2020 I've called, left polite messages and emailed the manufacturer over half a dozen times. No Answer. I am an energetic senior in decline. I'm only saying that because small goals take a lot longer to achieve, like adding a happy, festive touch to my tiny apartment at the end of an incredibly busy year. I've tried making adjustments with tape but to no avail. LAST UPDATE 12/17/20 After 2 months NTC, owned by the former family, finally sent the right boner. 2 days ago. "Expected in 7-10 days" by UPS. December 23 at best, but unlikely. Another old school try: I found the names and phone numbers of the NTC executives (who are the previous owners). They left messages asking (I'm afraid to beg) to send me a new tree. 2 day broadcast that I will return the first tree when I get up comes. I also told them about a persistent "inconsistency" issue that they could fix. I also told them that I want this review to end well. I know, I know - the insignificant average consumer barks at the moon. So I decorate bookshelves with twinkling lights and call it Christmas. Merry Christmas to everyone! Mr. Bezos, as one of millions of people lining their pockets with billions, please join forces to hold your partners accountable and provide decent customer service. I can't help but be discouraged by the callous, "It's not our problem" business practice that Revain and its partners adhere to. Judging by the feedback, there are many examples where NTC trees were delivered without plantings that were released a few years ago. Revain needs to put pressure on its partners to either fix the product's repeated failures or give up. Customers are important and good customer service is important.
