I love these shoes. I do something between very fast walking/light work at 5% incline for 5 miles a day 6 days a week on a treadmill. Since I just received these shoes, I've only been using them for a week and encountered a problem. They are very comfortable and offer good lateral stability. I thought they fit perfectly until I noticed that by the end of the week the shoes had a small blister on about a third of my right Achilles tendon. My heel fits well in the heel cup BUT the collar at the top of the back of the shoe rubs and blisters. I didn't have this problem with my last Asics. I'll add some extra padding in place of the bladder and try again in shoes this week. If that doesn't work and continues to damage the skin in that area, I simply replace them with the running shoes I wear occasionally when I run errands and buy a different brand of running shoes for my daily workout. I am sure that a return is not possible at the moment.
