I have 3 monitors on my desk and I watch them 7-8 hours a day. I have blue light blocking glasses but I keep forgetting to use them so I figured this would be the best option. I was a bit hesitant based on some of the reviews but this product was fantastic! I have 2 lamps right above my desk and I have no glare issues. The kit comes with everything I need to clean my monitor screens and the screens themselves just hang over my existing screen without messing around with glue trying to attach it securely. I have 2 monitors that are a bit older and a bit thicker than the new ultra thin models. Screen protectors are placed over the outer edge of the top screen and do not fully cover the monitor. I've had no issues with them falling or moving throughout the day, even turning the monitors on and off at the beginning/end of the day. Newer monitors are much thinner and this screen protector fits right over it. I noticed an immediate difference in monitor color and feel like I have less headaches at the end of the day. This is a fantastic purchase and I highly recommend it!
