First of all, this fan is very profitable. Ours operates silently, not wobbling or wobbling despite our best attempts to destroy it by throwing it at the ceiling. Other browsers also had installation problems, so at least we weren't the only ones! We have installed many fans in our lifetime. At least ten, maybe fifteen. But wow! The instructions leave a lot to be desired. We couldn't figure out how to flush mount it, so we had to use a bottom bar. Even with the two of us, we worked non-stop for about two hours (to be honest, we tried to turn off the switch and the old fan for at least half an hour). My shoulders are very tired. Installing the fan blades was difficult. Other than that, it works great for the price, looks good, is quiet, and lets in a lot of air: everything you need in a ceiling fan. The delivery was quicker than expected. If I had to install another one, maybe I'd pass. But now that it's here, I'm glad I have it.
