I have been working with this team since 2015 and they are always professional in all aspects of my work life! They listen well and make sure that we understand each others needs/goals so as to achieve success together - both personally and professionally.

Sometimes there is too much back-and forth but overall nothing major about them. If you want someone who will be honest with your situation (as far as what's best for your career) then go ahead and give these guys at least an opportunity. You won't regret it!! My goals were not met because one person left early which meant less time spent talking through things vs actually doing some stuff.
