As soon as I saw it, I knew that this was going to be great for us! So many other companies out there make you sign up with them before allowing you access to their system. This is not an issue here because my boss had already signed me up without letting me know what he's doing. It took literally ten minutes of him talking to his manager about signing me up before they agreed to do so. Accessibility is key in our industry since we deal with some very specific customers. The ability to easily see customer comments regarding our services really helps boost our business! We haven't found anything that bothers us yet. If you're looking at using reviews or testimonials for any reason then definitely look into review leap. We are able to use feedback from previous clients (both satisfied and unhappy) when dealing with new prospects/customers.
