Does not match the factory 'carbon fiber' plastic on the center console but is close enough. It actually looks more real. It's not the raw carbon fiber copy for Autozone accessories that I'm used to. It's actually a pretty convincing print and everyone thinks it's real. Came with a bundle of unbranded finishing tape that looked like 3M tape pre-applied. I put some strips of real 3M tape around the edges to make sure it sticks better. The installation was as accurate as possible. I'm very impressed. Hid the weird texture of the OEM panel well - it had a few scratches when I bought my (used) truck which didn't look very pretty.
