The product is good - the delivery method is not very good!
Haven't installed the ink cartridge yet, but have already ordered it and I'm very satisfied. I am actually replying in the hope that the shipping department will be notified as the shipping was insufficient. The ink cartridge was in a thin bubble envelope and the ink cartridge box was BROKEN. The item is not adequately protected. Looks like the cartridge is ok but I won't know for sure until I install it! I just think the shipping way could be much better.
