Review on πŸ“Έ SanDisk Black microSDHC 32GB Flash Memory Card - SDSDQM-032G-B35 (Retail Packaging) by Wesley Carreras

Revainrating 5 out of 5

have two Both are dead on arrival.

I have two of these and haven't used them until recently. I originally wanted to fit them into a pair of old Sprint Samsung Epic 4G phones (the spec says they can handle 32GB) to use as video players for kids on long trips (came right after my first family trip on, so didn't try to test). She). Now I'm getting ready for a long family trip again (behind the rear window) and find that they're both dead. They sat unused in my office (nice controlled environment). I've tried them on different computers (XP, Win7, Win8 and different flavors of Linux) with a few different USB adapters and a regular SD adapter. I've also tried installing them in my Samsung S3 phone, two Epics and a couple of Archos 43s but nothing worked. Most devices didn't recognize anything, and some saw an unformatted chunk that they couldn't format. I have several other microSD cards (ranging from 2GB to 64GB) and they all work on all of these devices if the size is supported (yes the two cards I bought are bad but the rest of the cards and my devices are good). I find it stinky that I got two at the same time and both are useless. Were there any fake 3rd party cards in the Revain deck? Just an hour ago I went to my local Best Buy store and bought two SanDisk microSDHC 32BG cards and they work great. As a longtime Revain customer I am very disappointed with this purchase.
