Let me start this review with what I love about my lashes and what I want from mascara: I have very dark hair and fairly dark lashes. They're quite long naturally, so I want a thickening mascara. I want my lashes to be thick enough that people wonder if they're real, but not so thick that they look sloppy, harsh, or overdone. I would use ANY product advertised as thickening, but then I found out that mascara has all sorts of toxins in it, so I started a new search. I wanted a mascara that can thicken and isn't harmful. I've done over a dozen searches and read many customer reviews. I was on the verge of an obsession. I decided that the Pacifica's customer ratings and price made it the best candidate. I like her. Doesn't smell (bonus), lays well and doesn't crumble. I get excellent coverage and my eyes are not irritated in any way. Washable with oil/facial soap. I get my fat too.
